This is us
First of all, Mr. Manzurul Alam, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. He is also the link in the economic life of the country. His connections to the economy and the administration are unparalleled. He is the expert when it comes to manufacturers, contracts, deliveries and certifications and that with ‘Bengali fire’.
Equally next to him, Mr. Holger Kauschmann acts as a manager for customer and business relations. He is also actively involved in customer acquisition and customer care. He is the link to you, our international customer and will understand your wishes, plans and conditions. Mr. Kauschmann stands for the so called ‘German virtues’ in this German/Bangladeshi joint venture.
As a side note, both have known each other for years and operate a travel company in addition to this project.

Office in Dhaka?
Have you been to Dhaka before? So you know Dhaka. You do not know, then please consider the following two pictures. The traffic in Dhaka is a mess and it will take some time to improve. You will understand that the colleagues have more important things to do than spend hours in a traffic jam every day. So they work relaxed from home because what they would do in the office, they can just as well from home – just stress-free.
So we work in our home offices and meet for weekly meetings and online, for video conferences.
